By accessing or using the Zodiac mobile application (the "App") or related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must explicitly accept these Terms via an "I Agree" checkbox during registration or first use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app alert at least 30 days in advance; continued use constitutes acceptance.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

1.3 Description of Service

Zodiac provides horoscope-related content, AI‑powered insights, matchmaking, messaging functionality, and verification services for entertainment and social purposes.

1.4 User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Service or engage in prohibited activities, including:

• •Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.
• •Scraping, copying, or redistributing proprietary astrological content or algorithms.
• •Automated data collection or security probing.

1.5 User Safety & Conduct (Zero Tolerance Policy)

Zodiac fosters a safe environment. You agree NOT to:

• •Harass, bully, defame, or intimidate other users.
• •Upload content that is hate speech, sexually explicit, or promotes violence.
• •Create fake profiles or impersonate others.

1.6 External Services & Third‑Party Processors

We use trusted third‑party providers to support the functionality of the Service, including:

• •Subscription & payment processing (e.g., RevenueCat, App Store, Google Play)
• •Authentication (e.g., Apple Sign‑In, Google Sign‑In)
• •Advertising (e.g., Google AdMob)
• •Analytics & diagnostics (e.g., Google Analytics, Crashlytics)
• •Cloud hosting & backend (e.g., Firebase, Supabase)

These providers may process limited personal data on our behalf solely to provide the Service. Payments/refunds handled via platforms; we store no card data. Refunds per their policies—contact support for assistance.

1.7 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and designs are owned by Zodiac or licensed to it. For user content (e.g., photos, bios): You retain ownership and IP rights. By uploading, you grant Zodiac a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit it solely for Service operation (e.g., matching/profiles). We won't use for marketing without separate consent.

1.8 Disclaimers

Zodiac is for entertainment purposes only. Zodiac does not provide professional advice (medical, legal, psychological, or financial). Use your own judgment.

1.9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zodiac is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. However, nothing in these terms limits our liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU or Romanian law.

1.10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and EU regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bucharest, Romania.
