We strictly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including behaviors or content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This Child Safety Policy outlines our standards and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy.

1. What is CSAE?

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) refers to any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Grooming a child for sexual exploitation.
• Sextortion or trafficking of a child.
• Sharing, storing, or promoting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), such as images, videos, or other media depicting minors in sexually explicit conduct.
• Any behavior that endangers or exploits children.

2. Our Commitment

Zodiac/Zodiac Dating takes immediate and appropriate action to address CSAE, including:

• Removing any CSAM or CSAE-related content upon detection, in compliance with applicable laws.
• Suspending or banning accounts of users who engage in or promote CSAE.
• Cooperating with law enforcement authorities when required.
• Implementing security measures, such as Firebase Authentication and Firestore Security Rules, to restrict unauthorized access to user-generated content (e.g., messages, photos).

3. Reporting Concerns

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it using the “Report Issue” button located in the Settings menu of the Zodiac/Zodiac Dating app. This feature allows you to submit concerns directly within the app. Alternatively, you can contact our Child Safety Team at contact@zodiacdatingapp.com.
